Purrlytics colour-changing litter is an easy, science-backed way to monitor your cat’s health every day. Simply look for key colour changes in the litter that could indicate changes in their wellbeing.
Purrlytics provides an easy way to monitor changes in your cat’s urine that may be associated with certain health issues, including changes in pH levels. While it can help you spot potential concerns early, it does not detect all health conditions and cannot diagnose disease. A diagnosis can only be made by a licensed veterinarian.
Purrlytics is fully water soluble and biodegradable. It is designed with responsible disposal in mind. While some litters are marketed as flushable, we recommend disposing of used litter in the trash to help protect
sensitive ecosystems and reduce the risk of plumbing issues.
Sewage treatment systems and disposal regulations vary between places throughout the world, trash disposal remains the safest, clearest, and most environmentally responsible option for cat parents.
Flushable cat litter can harm wildlife because cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii, a parasite that can enter waterways and infect animals such as sea otters and birds.

LitterSight™ is our built in litter monitoring technology. It uses pH responsive indicators that react when they come into contact with your cat's urine.
The indicators may change colour when they detect urine that is more acidic or alkaline than expected. This can help you notice changes that might otherwise be easy to miss.
A colour change does not show blood and does not provide a medical diagnosis. Diet, medication, hydration and other factors may influence urine pH. If you notice a repeated or unexpected colour change, or any change in your cat's behaviour or litter box habits, contact your vet for advice.
The main Purrlytics litter base is made using renewable plant materials rather than mined clay or manufactured silica crystals.
Its fast clumping formula also allows you to remove only the used litter instead of frequently discarding large amounts of clean litter. This can help reduce unnecessary product waste.
Like every physical product, Purrlytics still has an environmental impact, but we are committed to making thoughtful choices across our ingredients, packaging and delivery process.

One bag should last approximately 4 weeks for one average cat using a standard sized litter tray.
This can vary depending on the size of your tray, how deeply it is filled, how frequently your cat uses it and whether more than one cat shares the tray. Scoop daily and top up only when needed to make each bag last longer.
